Return Policy
Please initiate your return HERE within 14 days of delivery. If you checked out with Re:do, your return is covered and completely FREE! If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal and the return shipping lable will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Please note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:do option for FREE unlimited returns on your order. This allows you to try a hat and send it back for free if it's not a good fit.
Didn’t checkout with Re:do? You can still return your items! You'll purchase a label through the Re:do portal with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
Returns & Refunds
Please use our Return Portal to start a return. Items sent back to us without going through the portal will not be accepted.
You can return your item for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
The refund will be initiated once the return shipment has been picked up by the courier and is on its way back to us.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve processed your refund, please contact us at info@shopraina.us
Postage
A return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted through OUR PORTAL. If you selected Re:do at checkout, your return is FREE. Otherwise, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return shipping labels are valid for 7 days. If your return is not shipped in this time, your return request and return shipping label will expire.
Incorrect Product Received
If you have received an incorrect item, we are so sorry! A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product prior to shipping. All of our hats are thoroughly inspected, quality controlled, and hand-packed with love to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered. If you receive the wrong product type or size, please initiate an exchange through OUR PORTAL within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please provide pictures of the incorrect product and describe the issue. Once we review and approve your case and you've shipped back your product, we will send you the correct product at no extra cost to you.
Damaged Or Defective Product
If you have received a damaged item, we are so sorry! A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product prior to shipping. All of our hats are thoroughly inspected, quality controlled, and hand-packed with love to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered. If you receive your product and it is damaged or defective, please initiate an exchange through OUR PORTAL within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please provide pictures of the defective product and describe the issue. Once we review and approve your case and you've shipped back your product, we will send you a new product at no extra cost to you.
Please note that in many cases, if a hat gets dented or misshapen during delivery, this can be easily fixed by steaming the hat. Place the dented area over a pot of boiling water or use a clothing steamer. Steam the dented area until it's warm and slightly moist, then use your hands to reshape it. Allow it to dry fully. In most cases, this is enough to return the hat to mint condition!
Please note, we do not consider natural fiber flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty. Also please note that there may be slight color variations between the images on your computer and the products in real life. This is due to variance in screen monitors and variance in the natural fibers that make up our hats.
Order Lost In Transit
In very rare cases, orders may be lost in transit. In this case your tracking information may still show a pending or in-transit status well after the expected delivery time frame. If more than 14 days have passed since your product was shipped with no update to the tracking information, please reach out to us at info@shopraina.us so we can make things right.
Please note that we can not replace orders if you provided us with an incorrect mailing address at checkout. We are also not liable for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier. If your order has been marked as delivered and you do not see it, please contact the courier service directly so they can open a case for you.

To submit a return you will need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
